Local Fit Coaches You Should Know About

Amidst Corona-19, the Fitness centres and gyms were the first to suffer under lockdown and had to adapt and reinvent themselves into home workouts. Most of them shift to digital media content by sharing their classes through apps and social media channels.

Today, I’ll share with you some of the coaches of local fitness centers that have re-adapted and have nailed their at-home services:

Core Fusion - Andrea Villegas

Andrea Villegas, the owner and coach of Core Fusion reached out to me to try out her exercises aka a fusion of Pilates, Barre, HIIT cardio and Bounce. I was fortunate enough to have all the equipment delivered to my house, and had the option to choose from whichever classes I wanted (featured in a private Facebook group). Also, she adapted a personalized weekly routine, incorporating different classes mentioned. Today, she is known for her dance and fit background curriculum and her good character makes it a great motivation combo for a trainer.

Vivanza Fitness Studio- Daniela Machado

Daniela Machado, main coach of Vivanza Fitness Studio, has managed to incorporate a general routine for everyone and 21 day fitness challenges to spark motivation. She shares the content on the main account, but if interested in the challenges - she upgrades you and adds-on more content. Today, she is known to be a power-mom, sharing her fitness journey and overall an aspiring model. I can’t wait to try out her exercise method!

Iza Loyola - Barralates

Iza Loyola, Barralates/HIT coach at The Studio in TJ shares her vibrant and active attitude as an inspiring booster to keep you going for a long and active workout! Got the chance to discover her routine via zoom amidst pandemic times, and boy oh boy I sweat off some good carbs!

Maria Del Mar - Barralates

Maria Del Mar, owner and founder of the Barralates technique, a very up-beat non-stop young mom that doesn’t know when to quit! Very impressed, and kicked my but on the first day! Her practices reflect a combination of dancing, coordination and strength - a technique that makes it a whole lot more fun to workout.

Andrea Hernandez, creator of a holistic wellness approach to a healthy living. From Barralates classes, to mindfulness workshops and cooking techniques - Andrea transmits her vibrant spirit and happy energy throughout her practices, and I’m sure you’ll want to join the ride.

Lucia Reyes

Lucia Reyes, she has been a coach at Top Fit, where I got a chance to assist her pilates classes prior Covid-19. Today, she has shifted and created her own platform independently. She shared free content - live videos on Instagram for one month as a test/trigger to shift to the monthly subscription. Today, she is known for background in triathlons, her ability to teach, good character, and self-esteem booster.

Romina Granados

Romina Granados, a profesional CrossFit Athlete has always provided personal coaching and training. Amidst Covid-19, to her advantage, she had a head-start to one-on-one classes; she just adapted them virtually. Today, she is a well-known physician to get lean and strong. Today, she is known for her power routines, athlete mindset and hardcore motivation.
